WHY I LOVE MY JOB
I’ve always loved spending time in the kitchen, even as a small girl I spent my early years cutting, chopping mixing in the kitchen with my mum, the smells, the colours, the tastes, it was something special.
Developing an early love for Italian food I really appreciated the love that goes into food, you learn with care, attention and feeling the food you work with, not to mention the amazing ingredients and how something so simple can taste so wonderful!
My first taste of an Arancini was a rie of passage, it was crunchy, it was creamy, it was cheesy – it was heavenly! and since that day I’ve enjoyed making them since.
